  • How far in advance should I book?
    For peak seasons, 60–90 days is ideal. For smaller events, even 2–3 weeks can work. Call us and we'll share the best options for your date and budget.
  • What is the pricing and payment process?
    We offer transparent, modular pricing based on scope. To lock your date, we take an advance; the balance is due as per milestones. UPI, bank transfer, and cash accepted.
  • Do you handle vendor booking and negotiations?
    Yes. We recommend trusted vendors, take quotes, negotiate value, and manage deliverables so you get the best quality for your budget.
  • Can you plan an event in under two weeks?
    Absolutely. For fast-turnaround events we propose ready concepts and available vendor slots to deliver on time without compromising quality.
  • Do you provide on-day coordination only?
    Yes. If you've done the planning, our team can step in just for rehearsal and event-day management to run everything smoothly.
